International Art Contest (IAC) – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the International Art Contest (IAC). By participating in IAC, submitting artwork, or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About IAC

International Art Contest (IAC) is a global platform designed to identify, recognize, and promote artists by providing opportunities for online evaluation, awards, and potential offline exhibitions and global exposure.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to artists worldwide unless otherwise specified.

  • Participants must provide accurate personal information during registration.

  • Minors may participate with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Artwork Submission Requirements

By submitting artwork to IAC, the participant confirms that:

  • The artwork is original and self-created.

  • The participant holds full ownership and rights to the artwork.

  • The artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • The artwork can be physically produced or presented if selected for offline exhibitions or verification.

4. Authenticity & Verification

  • Participants are required to provide a formal undertaking of originality during submission.

  • IAC reserves the right to verify submitted artworks using:

    • Image analysis tools

    • Cross-platform checks for duplication

    • Metadata and digital footprint evaluation

  • If required, artists must provide proof of creation, including process work, raw files, or physical artwork.

Failure to verify authenticity may result in:

  • Disqualification

  • Revocation of awards/certificates

  • Permanent restriction from future participation

IAC’s vision goes beyond online recognition; the ultimate goal is to bring selected artists into offline exhibitions and the global art market. The online contest acts as the first level of filtration to identify high-potential artists.

During submission, every artist must provide a formal undertaking confirming that:

  • The artwork is their original creation

  • They hold full ownership rights

  • The artwork can be physically presented if selected for offline opportunities

If an artist fails to produce the original work or proof of ownership when required, full responsibility lies with the artist, and they may lose eligibility for awards, recognition, and future opportunities with IAC.

To strengthen this process, IAC also uses technical verification methods, including:

  • Image analysis to detect duplication or manipulation

  • Cross-checking across digital platforms for prior usage

  • Metadata evaluation (where available)

This combination of artist declaration and technical screening helps ensure that only genuine and deserving artists move forward.

5. Evaluation & Judging Criteria

All entries are evaluated based on a 40-point structured scoring system, including:

  • Creativity & originality
